Description
The Viking 5-Series open-burner all gas range touts dual large capacity ovens with 6 different cooking modes and 6 oven rack positions. The ovens are heated with a 30,000 BTU U-shaped burner for maximum coverage in the oven cavity, for faster pre-heat and more even cooking. The oversized infrared Broiler provides intense searing heat for broiling applications.
Open Burners
Open burner design allows for more air flow to the burner, which translates to a better flame pattern to the center of the cooking vessel.
Easy Clean cooking surface
Individual grates and drip pans combined with an over-sized pull out tray allows for easy cleaning of the entire cooking surface.
Continuous Grate design
Heavy-duty porcelanized cast-iron grates provide continuous front-to-rear, left-to-right surface for easy movement of large pots.
Cooking Modes
Larger oven features six cooking functions with convection option specifically designed to ensure balanced airflow for even heat distribution. Smaller oven features a bake mode only.
