Placing an order
Adding an item to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy it. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation that the item has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude delivery unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. We take payment when your order is placed.
We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price and will contact you before charging you.
Delivery
Delivery times shown on a product page are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See Shipping Information for current options and charges.
Returns and cancellation
Your rights to return an item are set out in our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used it.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. Product images, text and the My House Aura name belong to us or our suppliers.
Our liability
We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Bernardino County have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
